Signing Ceremony between USACE and UNESCO on the Designation of USACE IWR as a UNESCO Global Water Centre for Integrated Water Resources Management
On 29 October 2009 UNESCO and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) signed an agreement establishing the International Centre for Integrated Water Resources Management (ICIWaRM) as a UNESCO Category II Water Centre.
